The main event (Dec 9th) will begin with a keynote address from a renowned Islamic scholar, followed by a series of talks and workshops on topics ranging from Quranic studies to contemporary issues facing the Muslim community. There will also be opportunities for prayer and reflection throughout the day. Lunch and Dinner will be provided.
About IIE
Who We Are
The Institute of Islamic Education (IIE), established in 1989 in Elgin, IL, is a nonprofit, full-time educational institution. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive education in the sacred and intellectual foundations of Islamic heritage. Offering full-time programs in Hifdh ul-Qur'an, Alim Studies, and Ifta (Islamic Jurisprudence), IIE follows a classical teaching method, prioritizing close teacher-student interaction and textual analysis. We serve both brothers and sisters across two campuses and also provide part-time programs on weekends and evenings.
